What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent and are designed to enhance your eyelashes in order to make your lash fringe look longer, fuller, and darker. With eyelash extensions, individual (1-3) extensions are applied to one natural lash with semi-permanent glue. When your natural lash is ready to shed out of the follicle, if there is an extension applied to it, the both of them will shed out together. In turn, a new lash will grow from the root and a new extension will be applied during a fill.

The lash materials vary from studios, but most studios use eyelash extensions made of synthetic or faux extensions. There are many curls, lengths, and colors available to customize your lash style.Do lash extensions damage your natural lash?
Absolute not! When eyelash extensions are applied properly, they will not damage your natural lashes. Specialized lash artists (beware of nail salons that do not specialize and use clusters) ensure that the extensions are applied individually and correctly to maintain your eyelashes. As long as your lashes are applied at a good length and thickness, your natural lashes will grow at a normal cycle. Aftercare is very important to maintaining your lash health as well! How should I prepare for the service?
Please arrive with eye-free makeup on the day of your service (face makeup on the rest of your face is fine!). If you wear contacts, please bring your contact case and solution, or wear glasses the day of the service. Other than that, get ready for a session of relaxation!Do you use mink eyelashes?
With mink eyelash extensions, real mink fur is applied to your natural lashes. However, many studios do not use real mink eyelash extensions as it may contain bacteria and cause allergic reactions.
Instead, we use faux mink lash extensions which hold its curl when it’s wet and feels very similar to real mink fur. The lashes are very glossy, maintain their black color, and is slightly finer.
