How long does it take to apply lash extensions?

A full set of eyelash extensions will take 75 or 90 minutes to complete and a lash fill will take 45 or 60 minutes to complete. During your appointment, your technician will consult about the style and look you want then start applying your eyelashes individually.

How often do I need to get a fill?

We recommend coming in for a fill every 2-3 weeks, depending on how well you take care of your lashes. The majority of our clients come every 2 weeks, but many also come weekly, and others come every 3 weeks. At your appointment, your eyelash artist will fill in any sparse areas and your eyelashes will look like a brand new set. The eyelash extensions will last for another 2-3 weeks and you can get a retouch to fill in the fallen lashes.

Do eyelash extensions irritate my eyes?

Nope! Once your eyelash extensions are applied, they will feel no different than your normal lashes. The eyelash extension is bonded and glued onto the actual lash, not your eyelid skin, so it feels just like your normal lashes. One extension is applied to each lash individually, so your eyelashes can move freely. Most importantly, you should be careful not to rub your eyes though, as this can damage the extensions could make them feel a little uncomfortable.

Refund policy

Having eyelashes done are part of an investment. You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and a fix can be done to address your concerns. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
